Air Tickets — Better than Online

• Jubilant Holidays will provide air tickets with better or equivalent costing than cheapest online available tickets.
• Jubilant Holidays will charge a service fee of Rs.200 per person on domestic air ticket and Rs. 400 per person on international air ticket.

Cancellation and date change charges on Air tickets:

• Any change in date of air travel or cancellation of Air ticket will fetch cancellation charges. These charges vary from airline to airline and sector to sector.
• Jubilant Holidays will charge actual cancellation/date change charged to Jubilant Holidays by airline or any other portal from which air
  ticket is issued. However a service fee of Rs. 200 on domestic air ticket per person and Rs. 400 on international air ticket per person is
  charged.

Normal Train Ticketing:

• Jubilant Holidays will charge a service charge of Rs.50 per person on normal sleeper class train tickets per person per sector and Rs. 100 on normal A/C class train tickets per person per sector.

Tatkal Train Tickets

• Jubilant Holidays will charge a service charge of Rs.100 per person on tatkal sleeper class train tickets per person per sector and Rs. 150 on tatkal A/C class train tickets per person per sector.

Note: There is no guarantee of tatkal tickets as it is on first come first serve basis and many times depends on several other factors however Jubilant holidays will try its level best to provide you tatkal tickets.

Cancellation and date change charges on Train tickets:

• Jubilant Holidays will charge a service fee of Rs.50 per person per sector apart from the actual cancellation levied by Indian railways in
  case of cancellation/date change of train tickets.

Hotel Bookings

• At Jubilant we have strong hold on domestic hotels and wide variety of International hotels at our disposal.
• We will provide individual or group hotel bookings as and when required by you. Hotel inventory is dynamic in nature and price varies with demand and supply. No additional service fee is charged by Jubilant Holidays for booking any hotel.

Cancellation and date change charges on Hotel Bookings:

• Cancellation charges will be charged as per cancellation policy mentioned at the hotel voucher issued by Jubilant Holidays at the time of booking hotel.

Cruise Bookings

• No additional service charge on cruise bookings.

Cancellation and date change charges on Cruise Bookings:

• Cruises once booked are under 100% cancellation.

Visas

• Visas comprises of 3 components i.e embassy fees, Vfs charges and Jubilant Holidays service fee.
• Embassy fees and VFS fees will be charged as per actual and Jubilant Holidays service fee for visas are below:
• Europe and Americas: Rs.5000 per visa
• Asia: Rs.1500 per visa
• Australia and New Zealand: Rs.5000 per visa
• Africa: Rs.4000 per visa
• UAE: Rs. 1000 per visa

Cancellation:

• Most of the visas once issued can’t be cancelled hence no refund for visas.

Foreign Exchange

• We are holding RBI approved FFMC(Full fledge money exchange) license under Jubilant Forex Pvt ltd.
• We can offer you all forex products like all Foreign Currencies, Travel cards, Education Fees transfer, money transfer for maintenance and support for family, student expenses etc.

Car Rentals

• All types of vehicles can be provided either on point to point basis or daily basis as per your travel needs.
